No blender, no problem: If you do not have a blender, you can also use a food processor. You may have to blend it longer, but it would totally work.Blending smoothly: In the recipe below, I used 2 cups of blueberries as my Vitamix will not do a good job of blending a lesser amount. However, if you have a smaller blender, you can puree fewer blueberries or adjust the recipe accordingly.
