Why You’ll Love Eggless Tiramisu
Eggless Tiramisu is such a classic Italian dessert and for great reason. The luxurious creamy mascarpone filling is so decadent and just sweet enough. The coffee flavor sings in this dessert and helps soften the ladyfingers perfectly. The sprinkling of 🍫 cocoa takes it right over the edge and makes for a lovely presentation. The result is a creamy and smooth bite, that’s ❄️ cold from the fridge and beautifully light. Plus, this is a perfect make-ahead and even better the next day. Making this eggless makes it absolutely foolproof and great for those who don’t eat eggs or can’t eat them raw.
How to Prepare Eggless Tiramisu
🥛Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks and then set it aside. 🥣 In a separate bowl mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla together. Slowly combine your whipped cream with your mascarpone mixture until you get a nice smooth cream. ☕ Brew some coffee or espresso and then let it cool down fully. Add in a splash of Kahlua if you wish. 🧑🍳 In a 9 x 13-inch dish, begin to arrange your tiramisu: start by dipping each ladyfinger cookie into the coffee and then layer them on the bottom of your pan. 🥄 Now, evenly spread half of the filling on top. ❄️ Repeat this step until you’ve used all the filling (or the pan is full), and then cover and refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight. 🍫 Dust with cocoa or cacao powder and enjoy.
