Flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes. 🥣In a bowl, whisk flour, onion powder, salt, and pepper; add water. Coat fish in batter, then roll in chip crumbs. 🥔Place on the baking sheet with partially cooked potatoes. Bake for 10 more minutes until fish is golden and flakes easily. Mix mustard and maple syrup for dipping sauce.
