Why You’ll Love This Mushroom Dip

This Mushroom Dip makes any ⚽ game day watch party a winner. It’s everything you want a 🔥 hot dip to be: creamy and cheesy, chunky and hearty, warm and full of flavor to keep you going back for more. I also love it because I can have it all prepped and ready to go the day before the party and just pop it in the oven when the guests come over. Everyone who walks in the door will comment on the aromas coming from your kitchen, guaranteed.

How to Prepare

🔥 Preheat the oven to 425F (220C). 🔪 Use a sharp knife to finely dice the onion and mushrooms. 🧅 In a pan over medium-high heat, add the oil and let it heat up. Then add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 1 minute. 🍄 Now, add the mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until they are browned. Take the pan off the heat and set aside. 🥣 Add the cream cheese and chives to a mixing bowl, and then add the mushroom and onion mixture and stir until fully combined. 🥄 Pour the mixture into a ramekin or any small baking dish, making sure to distribute it evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon. ⏲️ Top the Mushroom Dip off with the grated mozzarella, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
