You could add pepperoni, finely chopped olives, chili flakes and more.
How to Prepare Pizza Stuffed Mushrooms
๐ฅ Preheat your oven to 450F (230C). ๐ซ Oil up or spray a baking sheet, or add parchment paper. ๐ช Now, wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel (do not rinse them under water) and then use a knife to chop off the stems. ๐ Next, add a teaspoon of your favorite pizza sauce on top of each one, along with a tablespoon of mozzarella, and a sprinkle of dry oregano (optional). โฒ๏ธ Place them on the baking sheet and then bake at 450F (230C) for 18 minutes ๐ฟ Garnish with basil or parsley and enjoy.
