This Strawberry Smoothie Bowl features the classic 🍓 chocolate/strawberry we all love in a fresh, guilt-free treat. The creamy blend of frozen strawberries and fruit puree creates a smooth, sorbet-like texture, while the rich chocolate drizzle adds a touch of indulgence that feels like a treat. How to Prepare
💧 Create a double-boiler by filling a medium pot with water. Bring it to a simmer over medium-low heat. 🥣 Then, place a heatproof bowl on top of the pot (be sure the bottom of the bowl is not touching the simmering water.) 🥥 Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to the bowl and stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted. 🍓 Add the strawberries, apple sauce, and nut milk to a blender and then blend until fully combined and smooth (using a blender tamper as needed) for about 1 minute. 🍫 Add the frozen strawberry mixture to a bowl and then pour over as much melted chocolate as you like. Swirl the chocolate around to fully distribute it. 🧊 Place the bowl in the freezer to allow the chocolate to harden for about 5 to 10 minutes. 🌰 Garnish with chopped nuts, if using, and enjoy.
