How to Prepare Tiramisù Oatmeal
☕ In a pot on the stove add the water, pinch of salt, and brewed coffee or espresso. 🔥 Let it come to a boil and then reduce the heat to medium-low. 🥄 Now, add the rolled oats and stir until it thickens. 🌡️ Take it off the heat and stir in a touch of pure vanilla extract. 🥣 In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone, vanilla yogurt, and optionally a touch of sweetener. 🍫 Pour the oatmeal into a serving bowl and add a little bit of my homemade Nutella or any chocolate spread on top. 🥛 Top it off with the mascarpone yogurt cream and then sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder. 😋 For a beautiful presentation, add shavings of dark chocolate or cacao nibs on top as well.
